Upon arrival at Bangalore you will be welcomed by our representative and transferred to Mysore. Enroute tour Srirangapatnam - The little island fortress of Tippu Sultan, who was once known as the "Tiger of Mysore". Visit the Summer Palace, The Daria Daulat, and the beautiful wall paintings. Continue your drive towards Mysore, on arrival check-in into hotel. This evening enjoy the beautiful and exquisitely illuminated Brindavan Gardens, sprawling amid gorgeous cascading fountains. Overnight at Mysore.

After breakfast embark on sightseeing to Mysore - the sandalwood city has preserved to this day its magnificent palaces, beautiful laid out gardens, imposing buildings and many ancient temples. Visit Mysore Palace the beautiful profile of this walled Indo-Saracenic Palace, the seat of the Maharajas of Mysore, graces the city skyline, rebuilt in 1912. The Mysore Arts and Crafts Centre is famous for its fine craftsmanship in wood, ivory, sandalwood and silk. Chamundi Hill - Upon a hill overlooking the city is the temple to Chamundeswari, its patron goddess.

After lunch continue your drive to Coorg(120 kms) - The green woody slopes, colourful scenery, misty mountains, cascading falls, dense tropical forest, tea, coffee and spice plantations made this place a paradise of nature lovers. On arrival check in. Evening is free for leisure. Overnight stay at Coorg.

After breakfast proceed on an excursion to Bylacuppe (60 kms) - the second largest Tibetan settlement in the world outside Tibet and Namdroling Monastery (Golden Temple) - located at 4th camps and with around 3,000 monks is the largest Nyingma monastery outside of Tibet. Continue your visit to Dubare Elephant Camp (26 kms) - is the best place to get up and close with elephants. The camp is essentially an elephant training camp which is operated by the government. Here the visitors get a chance to ride them or even bath with them in the river while scrubbing them. Evening return for overnight stay at Coorg.

This morning post breakfast check-out from hotel we drive to Hassan. Enroute tour Shravanabelagola - the monk of the White Pond, the 17m tall naked statue of Bahubali said to be the world largest monolithic statue. It is one of the oldest Jain pilgrimage centres. Continue your drive and check in. Overnight at Hassan.

After an early breakfast proceed on sightseeing tour of Belur (56 kms) - a star shaped temple with hand lathe turned filigreed pillars and sculptures will take your breath away. It is the only Hoysala temple still in active worship. Friezes of charging elephants, each different from the other, mythological figures, military scenes, dancers and musicians, and elaborate decorative motifs charge the imagination. Later visit Halebeedu (Halebid) - 17 kms away the ancient capital of the Hoysalas, the temple perched on a star shaped base amidst lawns. Its walls are richly carved with an endless variety of Hindu deities, sages, stylised animals, birds, and friezes depicting the life of the Hoysala kings. Overnight at Hassan.

After breakfast , proceed to Hampi, situated along the banks of Tungabhadra River, Hampi is one of the best places of heritage in India. Hampi is an extremely significant place in terms of history and architecture as it stands within the ruins of the city of Vijayanagara, the former capital of the Vijayanagara Empire. It is an open museum of architecture, religion, and history dotted with innumerable gems that were hewed from stones. Overnight at Hampi.

Post breakfast , lets explore the heritage site of Hampi. Hampi has a heritage site has been divided in 4 heritage walks which one can explore and cover most of the places.

1st half :

The walk trail will take you back five hundred years, to the life and times of the Rayas. Join this walk to learn about these kingdoms first founded in the 14th century and the Rayas who ruled them, countering foreign invasions and uniting South India for nearly two centuries. You will learn about their lifestyle, their culture, social and political lives and the magnificent structures of the royal city. Visit: Devaraya's Palace, Audience Hall, Secret Chamber, Hazara Rama Temple, Queen's Bath & Palaces, and Elephant Stables.

2nd Half : Visit to Vijaya Vithala temple.

This walk will take you on a journey through the Vithalapura Bazaar that leads to the famous Vijaya Vithala Temple - once a pilgrim centre for the devotees and saints of Lord Vishnu. Though considered a pinnacle of temple architecture, this temple complex remains a historical enigma as we don't know when the original shrine was built. This is the same temple renowned for its musical stone pillars and the famous stone chariot. Visit Vithalapura Bazaar, Kalyani and Vijaya Vithala Temple. Overnight at Hampi.

Post breakfast, its time to enjoy couple of more sightseeing places which is very much interesting and very well known to everyone.

1st half

This morning we climb up the hill to reach Hemakuta, a gently sloping hillock beside the river Tungabhadra, has been considered sacred since ancient times. This was the hill where Lord Shiva meditated while Goddess Pampa tried to win him over through her devotion. At the base of the hill is the centuries-old Virupaksha, the holy temple of the early Kings of the Vijayanagara empire in the 14th century. As you go up the hill, you will be greeted by the sight of many older temples, small and large , each with a story and a style of their own. The other end of the slope has two huge idols of Lord Ganesha - monoliths from the 16th century. Their sheer size has a calming effect on pilgrims. The very beautiful Krishna temple and the huge monolith of God Narasimha form the end of the trail. This trail will reveal to you a lot about these temples and the legends surrounding them. Visit Virupaksha Temple, Hampi Bazaar, Manmatha Tank, Kampilaraya Temple, Sasivekalu Ganesha, Kadalekalu Ganesha, Krishna Temple, Lakshmi Narasimha

2nd Half

It's an experience to enjoy an offbeat walk by the Tungabhadra River. The riverside boulders are replete with local legends from the Ramayana, ruins of temples set in grey ochre granite backdrops and stunning views of the Tungabhadra River flowing gently through the valleys of the rocky mountains. Climb a few boulders, spot a few birds or just settle down to witness the sun set behind the stunning Virupaksha Temple. Visit Kodandarama Temple, Chakratirtha, Kampa Bhupa Marga, Sugriva's Cave, Sita Sarovar, Temples in Ruins and Shiva Lingas, Achyuta Raya Temple. Overnight stay at Hampi.

After breakfast depart for Bangalore airport for onwards journey.
